How to get in shape without becoming bulky?

Okay, I'm really not looking to lose weight, just tone up and get into better shape. But, I really don't want to look bulky, and I'm struggling with finding a balance. So, what are the best exercises/types of exercises to do for this. Also, how much cardio should I pair with yoga to make the workout complete? Thx in advance

    Swim, run, and eat healthy. I'm a slightly overweight teen male, and I've been eating only organic, raw fruit and vegetables for the past week. I haven't done any exercises other than walking from place to place and I've lost 6 pounds. I feel so much healthier and happier, I look noticeably better, and I can wear my favorite shorts again!
