    It would appear that somebody took the phrase "Pardon me, would you have any Grey Poupon?" and ran it through Bing Translator. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0LncrDxZ2Cg

    However, Bing Translator is very unreliable for translating Klingon, and text you posted really means something like

    "I cause myself to beg for it. Do you lack any Poupon Grey?"

    Instead, I would recommend:

    qatlhob, jIHvaD *Grey Poupon* puS Danobqang'a'?

    "I request of you, are you willing to give me a little Grey Poupon?"
