Am I in love again? I am not teenager but i am feeling like a teen :~?

ok, I broke up 6 months ago and recovered from all the past broke up thingy ..it took me a while since that was a bloody 6yrs relation and it didn't turn as i was expecting. I sacrificed a lot for this stupid relationship and finally got out 6 month back.

I gave a garage Sale last month and at that time a guy came to my place to buy some books from me. We met in a group in FB, don't really know him well. I saw him for the first time last month. We chatted in FB several times but never talk over phone like long time because we barely know each other. Also i found the guy is extremely level of shy and uncomfortable with me (god knows why or may be my mistake). He again came yesterday to buy some books but weird thing is he didn't buy anything but talked with me for 2 hours!! I provoked him to speak about him since he seems very introvert. He said, he may be going to face a divorce very soon. He's of my age(32+). How to deal with him? I like him so much but don't know if he likes me or not. I offered him lunch next sunday since it's my Birthday but he just said ok.. Am i going too fast? Or he just doesn't like me? I am confused, can't breath, feeling impatience etc etc..Come on I am not 16. Just don't wanna go through same bad broken heart situation again
