What's the difference between Kaspery AV 6.0 and newer versions?
Some time ago I bought an older Kaspersky AV software and didn't end up using it until now, but I realize it is 6.0, which is like 2006! Is it any use now? What about if I got a version that was only out last year, what difference does it make if it was 2014 edition? Does Kaspersky or any AV software in general operate on a yearly license programme?

It might be no longer be supported by Kaspery and newer versions = more security features and innovation

One has less support, is less updated and less secure. Rather self-explanatory. The newer version will have better detection rates and block more malware.
