cow Milking help?

OK I have a young jersey and this is her first lactation. Her calf was weaned 3 days ago and I am hand milking her twice a day. 3 of her quarters work great...let's down milk immediately and it comes out in big long streams. The remaining quarter is very difficult to get milk out of. Its like the milk comes down great but doesn't want to come out of the very tip...like the hole it comes from is pin prick sized. Udder is not hot she is not sore and milk is not lumpy so I don't think she has mastitis. Any suggestions? Ever have this problem before?

yeah often its from the cow tramping on the teat....

dilaters help but are VERY difficult to use with out introducing mastitis.

I vet can cut the teat streak canal to open it up we've had better luck with that
