Game app/ SD card?

let's say they you play angry birds. you are up to level 17. your game app is on sd card. If you change phones, will level 17 still be there?

    if you sync it to your game play store or whatever, you can reopen it via your other phone and resume the level. but if u didnt sync it to your game center, no.

    If you sync your account, then it doesn't matter.
