I can be fired in 50 States plus D.C. for not being gay, but only in 32 States for being gay. How is THAT oppression of gay Americans?

Your premis is incorrect. You cannot be fired in ANY state for 'Not being gay'. You an be fired for a myriad of reasons whether you are gay or not in 50 states. In only 32 states can you be fired 'legally' for being gay. This is problem with these laws. There should be no law which restricts personal choice which does not harm another. The fact that the law specifies a part of life which is not a choice and which does not harm another is oppression. Plain and simple.

Prove it. Prove a state where you can be fired for not being gay that will not allow you to be fired for being gay.

Let's see the actual legal finding.

you might want to post on how many ARE fired--you CAN be fired for being old or white or black or jewish--whether that stands up in court is another thing. You done whining yet.

One cannot be fired for NOT being gay. It just doesn't happen.

Sure, because there are many cases of straight people being fired.

That would be a solution in search of a problem, like voter ID laws.

LOL... I look forward to seeing Llewen's response to that.

The premise of your question really is complete BS. I can only assume you are a troll.
