What problems do nonsense suppressor tRNA create? What happens? I'm kind of confused on this concept?

I answered this the other time you asked this.

A nonsense suppressor tRNA is going to match up with a stop codon, so that translation doesn't stop there; instead the aminoacyl-tRNA's amino acid is going to be added to the growing polypeptide chain and translation continues past that point.
