Is there a possibility the condom leaked from the base?
Yesterday was my second time having sex and I noticed the condom didn't look the same as the condom from the first time. The first condom was full at the tip. This condom wasn't and it appeared there was some semen on the shaft.. The base of the condom was no longer at the bottom of his penis. It was partially slipping off about 1/2 in maybe 1in. Once he took off the condom he had to wipe off with a tissue... Is there a chance there was a leak?

It's possible. If he isn't using reservoir tips, he needs to leave half an inch at the tip to collect his emission so it doesn't work it's way up to the base and leak.

There is a posssibility, but if it concerns you, i advise to take abortion before fecondation, so you will be safe anyways.
