  • Is there a possibility the condom leaked from the base?

Yesterday was my second time having sex and I noticed the condom didn't look the same as the condom from the first time. The first condom was full at the tip. This condom wasn't and it appeared there was some semen on the shaft.. The base of the condom was no longer at the bottom of his penis. It was partially slipping off about 1/2 in maybe 1in. Once he took off the condom he had to wipe off with a tissue... Is there a chance there was a leak?

  • Is my neighbors budgie sick or bored?

Well my neighbors want to give me their female budgie. I went to look at her yesterday and over all she looks healthy. Her poop is regular, but its all in one area of the cage. It seems she doesn't move around a lot. They don't play with her and she isn't tamed much. She is in a BIG cage by herself. Is she just lonely and bored? Twice they had bought her company, but both times the birds died with in a week or two of purchased. When they were there she played with them and was happy. They found her outside apparently last june and never took her to the vet. She doesn't have a band so they don't know where she came from. She seems to be some what tamed like she was someones bird but either let go or got free. My guess is someone breed their budgies and never put bands on the babies, then decides to let them go. She is an adult now. Brown cere , iris in her eyes, and no lines to her cere. They don't want her; I am may take her. Thanks to all whom answer! =)

  • Unexpected budgie???????????????????

So one of mine neighbors have a budgie. They found her outside and she doesn't have a band on her ankle. I asked and they said she is aboslutely a female.( I need to really see her) They had her for a couple months, but now they want to either give her to me or set her free. I don't want that to happen to her, but i also want a bird I can interact with. My neighbors have never played with her or taking her out of her cage. No one in there family has tried to tame her. There for I don't know how friendly she is. They apparently grew tired of caring for her. >:( Plus I planned on getting a younger budgie.(They don't know her age because no ankle band) Particularly wanted a male also. For the main reason is I heard females can become eggbound and die. =( I am at cross roads. Save her and give her a better life or go buy a possible young male budgie. PLEASE HELP! =(

  • Budgies and yarn???????????????????

I know this is weird question. lol. I made a homemade perch/swing/toy for my budgie. Well its something I saw on youtube. Its made with a hanger. I attached toys and etc. The kid on youtube put sand tubes on the plastic parts were his budgies mostly sit. I didn't have sand tubes so I used yarn. Was that okay? I wrapped it tightly and tied it really good. Was using yarn a bad idea? It seems harmless? Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question coming form a top contributor. =/ oh, and sorry about all the question marks. My question needed 20 more characters. haha =)

  • What are some cute names for a female budgie?

I really want a male budgie because they tend to be easiest to tame, but say i accidentally get a female. And yes i know how to tell the sex with the cere. I plan on getting a young budgie though. Everyone knows its harder to tell the sex when they're young. Well if I happened to get a female what are some cute names? If it helps he or SHE would be blue or yellow w/ a little green.

  • What makes a great "homemade" seed guard for my budgie's cage?

His cage will be set on my book shelf. Should I pen a towel or blanket around the back and sides of the cage so nothing gets behind my book shelf? Any other suggests? Thank you for your time! :)

  • How do you feel a pelvic bone on a budgie?

I heard it helps indicate if its a male or female? This question sounds weird? I know! Lol. So my question is we're exactly is the pelvic bone on a bird? It is something I can keep for on my own? Should I have the sales person do it? I also have to ask him to blow on the vent (exit hole) to see if it turns red. Lol I won't be able to keep a straight face.

  • How do you make sure the budgie you are buying doesn't have mites?

In 13 days I am getting a budgie from petco. I recently went yesterday and saw them. They look healthy, but what if i was over thrown because of their cuteness. Their feet looked pink and clear. I only remember because I took pictures. Also their faces were clear. What are signs of mites?

  • Seed diet or pellet diet for budgie?

I have heard a pellet diet is healthier than a seed diet, but the pellets petco sells all have artificial coloring. I read a seed diet will lead to bacteria build up which results in a short life. I of course want him to live a long healthy life. Here is the seed mix I pick vs. the pellets.

  • Leaving a budgie home alone all day?

By birthday plans have been delayed, so my family and I are going to Busch Gardens after I get my budgie. I would only of had my budgie for a week. It would be one day! 10am-10pm. I feel bad because I have been waiting for months and now my plans are changed. I would leave plenty of food and water. He would have his toys. Should I leave a light on because before we get home it will be dark and he won't have his cage covered yet?
