Equalizer settings while listening to internet radio?

I listen to several different internet radio sites besides Pandora and I-Heart Radio. How do I change the sound settings to boost bass or treble. I use Windows 10 but it does not appear that these stations I listen to use the Windows Media Player. When I bring up the WMP while listening to music, there's nothing being played back on the Player. Is there any way to change the sound settings on the sound coming from my laptop or desktop?

    Only if you play through a player that has an equalizer like winamp. Winamp has several settings. However, you need to find a winamp file you can download or create one, for the data stream you are using for those various sites. WMP doesn't have an equalizer that is easy to find. This may help:
