Why doesn't Great Britain and Canada become parts of the US?

It would effectively be like adding a few more states to the 50 we currently have. we could also add Mexico.

    I don't want my country to be part of the Land of Guns.

    We don't want to be part of the US. There would be no benefit to either country if they joined the US.

    They would have to apply there are ways to do that. If they wanted to be part of the US they could go thru the proper channels.
