Is the difference between whites and everyone else the difference between rationality and irrationality?

Think about it, when whites are attacked, whether by Jihads or ethnic criminals, they always say its not all Muslims, or not all blacks or not all Hispanics that are like this, and they are right to an extent. Blacks and Muslims, on the other hand, always blow things out of proportion and blame the entire white community and even call for the killing of whites, like some high ranking members of BLM have done. Or like the sister of SylvillebSmith, whose call for peace sounded more like a call to arms when she said blacks should bring the terror and rioting to the white people's neighborhood.
