Question regarding contesting a violation?

How do I go about contesting a violation that I received, and there was no link with which to contest with?

I just receive a violation on an answer to a question I had answered recently. However there was no link for appealing with. I would try to repost my answer, however there's not enough character spaces to do so, as it appears I went over the limit, when I tried to copy and paste it.Now I could repost the answer, but it would take several updates, to do so. Which I believe would annoy some in this section.

There were no links in the answer, of any type either. Also the violation noticed stated it was from Customer Care. So can anyone shed some light on how to deal with this situation?

Update:

The only possible way to repost the answer, would be via an image. I can do that easily enough, if it's needed.

Update 2:

By the way this is the fourth violation notice, that I have received in less than seven days. But the first from Customer Care.

Update 3:

Correction it was three answers, not four.

Update 4:

There is no appeal link in the email notice.
