I'm not here to be popular. I'm here to give the best answer I can. I don't care how people feel towards me either, that's not relevant to why I'm here, and the questions asked. I have no respect for those who want to pirate things, or those who aid in the pirating material, such as recorded music, or sheet music, or any other copyrighted works. To vote an answer that condones piracy, and theft over the ones that promotes acquiring it by legal means. Not all sites are legal that sell music or sheet music.

  • To the Omnitarians, Vegetarians, and Vegans, Where Will You Go From Here? ?

Where will you go from here, as the days of Yahoo Answers is rapidly now drawing to a close. To the some of the omnitarians, vegetarians, and vegans, that I've enjoyed some discourse with in the past, when comments were still permitted, and I will miss those of you with whom I did.  However there are others regardless of whatever the dietary preference was, whom I won't miss. Among the omnitarians I'll miss Polly, ckngbbbls, Jeff (H I believe he used), TBK, Roy S, and a few others whose diet is similar to mine. Now  among the vegetarians Banner#18 Beantown, the vegans will be lo_mcg, mermaid, Louis, and M'aiq The liar. There are others whom I'll miss, but hasn't posted in some time now. Some ended up blocked, mainly due to trolling, with some more due to what I consider willful ignorance. The trolls I won't miss that much is for certain.

Now that the demise of Yahoo Answers is nigh, it's time to bid a sad adieu to some of you. However I'll be moving on, and have been on Reddit, trying to help those who play Pokemon Go, and are spoofers. I created my own sub or group over there, and mainly with to have a PoGo Open Spoofer Corner. I originally and something I never spoke of, took the Pokemon Go up as a part of my cardiac recovery plan, after having to let my walking area go, post heart attack six years, and almost a month ago now. I knew long before that, what my odds were of having one was. But that was due to family genetics, and not diet so much.

  • Which one of the following, does not have a complete protein chain?

Not that the complete protein actually means all that much, as any type of a protein chain is broken down, into the individual amino acids to be stored by the body, until it's needed. To qualify as a complete protein a chain must meet the score of one hundred. So which of the five doesn't meet that criteria?

    Tofu

    Red kidney beans

    Oatmeal

    Cashews

    Spinach

  • Vegetarians, Vegans, and Omnitarians, What Claims Bothers You the Most, Those Who Follows the Same Diet/Lifestyle?

Please keep it to your dietary/lifestyle, and not get into that of others diet/lifestyle. It can be more than one thing that you find annoying, and/or non factually based. It can be a generalized statement, regarding certain things, which I won't take as being an all inclusive statement of all in your dietary and/or lifestyle preference. There are a few whom won't be able to answer though as they're likely to go off on some tangent and therein the posting a rant.

  • A Couple More Questions for Vegetarians, Vegans, and Omnitarians (i.e. Meat Eaters As Some Call Us), So What Are Your Thoughts?

Do you think that with the level of nutritional deficiencies, being what they are, that more testing, beyond just vitamin D, should be done. The reason I ask this, is that based on the information I've been able to find, and the fact that over ninety nine percent of the population, some are either at, subclinical levels or even a blatant deficiency. Do you think that it would be of benefit to everyone's health to be tested? Now the top ten, and in order, that many are at or below the subclinical levels for, and for adults nineteen plus years of age.

Vitamin D at ninety nine percent.

Vitamin E almost as bad at ninety five percent (Not a surprise overall, but the percentage was)

Choline ranging from sixty five to seventy nine percent.

Magnesium as high as sixty five percent.

Vitamin A at fifty one percent (again not really shock to me ).

    Calcium fourty nine percent.

Vitamin C at fourty three percent, and a big surprise for me, and I strongly suspect most all have meat in their diets.

Vitamin B12 this has varied some but the most common number I've seen is thirty nine percent.

Vitamin B6 fifteen percent, although I've seen a bit higher.

Vitamin B8 or folate at thirteen percent.

Zinc at twelve percent, not a real surprise there, but not as high as I'd expected.

Coming in at number eleven is iron. That may come as a surprise with iron to many, I was mildly surprised to not find it in the top ten. There are others, that falls the ten percent range, but I'll not list those.

  • A Couple of Questions For Vegetarians, Vegans, and Omnitarians (i.e. meat eaters)?

What micronutrients after vitamin D, would you select or say are in the next top six spots, for being at, or below the subclinical recommended levels, for adults?

What micronutrient would be the most surprising form people to be at, or below subclinical levels?

  • This a question by Wendigo. Can I get some feedback, from some of the regular users of the Vegetarian and Vegan section?

Ok I've become more by accident, than intent, something of a regular, in this section of the Food and Drink section of Yahoo Answers.

When I first came here, it was to help out in showing people how to deal with trolls, and some other things as well such as plagiarists. However that changed, and I found myself, answering other questions, and becoming more involved, something that I hadn't intended doing. Now I have some questions, and I'd appreciate some answers, so that I can learn something hopefully from the perspective of others.

Has my answers been useful, to those who have asked?

    Have my answers been informative?

Should I remove repeating the question when I answer? This has been my style for quite some time.

My final question is this. Am I wrong for trying to remain as neutral as possible in my answers?

  • Question regarding contesting a violation?

How do I go about contesting a violation that I received, and there was no link with which to contest with?

I just receive a violation on an answer to a question I had answered recently. However there was no link for appealing with. I would try to repost my answer, however there's not enough character spaces to do so, as it appears I went over the limit, when I tried to copy and paste it.Now I could repost the answer, but it would take several updates, to do so. Which I believe would annoy some in this section.

There were no links in the answer, of any type either. Also the violation noticed stated it was from Customer Care. So can anyone shed some light on how to deal with this situation?

  • Is It A Violation to Link to an Old Answer?

I just had an answer reported, where I had linked to an old answer as a part of another answer. So my two basic questions are, is that a violation. Then if that's so, how is it one?

  • Could Someone Explain If This Answer Was A Violation.?

    Here was the question:

    "Does meat have carbs?"

    Here was my answer verbatim.

    ""Does meat have carbs?"

Yes meat does have carbohydrates, however it's in very low amounts. Those who say no, really haven't gone that deep into nutrition. Below are three different examples, of some of the more popular types of meat.

    Bacon

    http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/pork-products/...

    Beef

    http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/beef-products/...

    Skinless chicken breast http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/poultry-produc...

You will even find a trace amount in various types of fish/seafood. . A simple basic search will help in learning what is or isn't in what you're eating. Now I use nutritiondata.self.com as it has the most complete set of tables. With the labels on food packaging, all to many only cover a few basic nutritional points. The same applies to what you're going to find on most websites, you look at. Now while nutritiondata.self.com isn't perfect, it's the best I've found to date. There is still a good bit of information, that's missing, but it's complete enough, to give anyone a good start, to eating a more healthy diet.

Modifiers are also important with how a food is served and eaten, as these can affect the nutritional values of what you eat. Some of the modifiers are, baked, broiled, canned, cooked (this also includes steamed, dry, or moist heat), dried, dry roasted, fried, raw and roasted. However in regards to where the carbohydrates in meat

  • Does someone have a tested and good mayonnaise recipe that's vegan?

I have a friend who has an allergy to eggs, and this is why I'm looking for a tested recipe for mayonnaise, that tastes good. So any personally tested, and used recipes, would be appreciated by her., and as a result, myself on her behalf.
