How often do I need replace electronic choke for the scooter? What should I look for?

My idling kinda sucks when comes to scooters and it takes while for it to warm up other then carb being completely cleaned out. I have 2012 Qingqi RS450 im guessing everything still original. It has over 23,000 miles on it since.. Im not trying rebuild whole machine but make it better

With enough time and money you can re-engineer anything. Buy enough BMW parts....

They are not normally replaced.  But replace it if you can find one.  Replace the pilot valve in the carb and tune the carb when idling.

If you are using E-fuel the alcohol in the fuel is 'eating' different parts of the fuel system so replace as needed.

You have a Chinese-made bike/scoot so materials are questionable, replace with a better bike.
