    Mueller's investigation is considered "essential" and will not be shut down.

    “All employees with the Special Counsel’s Office are considered exempt and would continue their operations in the case of a lapse in appropriations,” Justice Department spokesman Ian Prior said.

    The FBI has done nothing but investigate Trump for 2 years anyway . They have neglected all their other duties ( follow up on school shooters , etc. ) ever since this ' Russia ' nonsense started .

    No, the Mueller investigation is prceeding. And congress decides who gets money. That is kind of the point, if Trump wants a wall he should ask for it in the budget instead of demanding and then having a tantrum when he doesn't get it.
