Is Hawk Newsome who threatened to burn down the country a modern day storm trooper?

Comparing him to a stormtrooper is rather silly since he is on the opposite side of the political spectrum from the Nazis who operated the SA and the SS. The current self-proclaimed Nazis of today actually still emulate the stormtroopers of the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s. They are of course extreme right wingers. 

He was probably speaking metaphorically.  There is no doubt, however, that violent protests receive much more attention from the media than peaceful protests.  Peaceful protests against injustice and/or against violence sometimes receive no attention. 

Nevertheless, he sounds quite militant and I am opposed to violence, even in the very good cause that Black Lives Matters is promoting.    

He is a somewhat typical black that hates America and hates whites.
