Which is better for HEALTH CARE INSURANCE to apply for‼ ACA or Private Health Care?

The best is universal healthcare like civilised countries have.

ACA is private healthcare.........they are private healthcare companies in the exchanges, the question is if you're employed and receive employee health insurance that is usually the better way, although if you are putting dependents on it, that's where your pocket book will get sifted.

Private Healthcare. We are a first world country not some backwaters 3rd world shlthole needing government 

The only people for government paid healthcare are those who expect others to fund it. That’s called theft 

 If you itemize on your taxes, you won't be able to get any deduction if you do the ACA and you may end up paying more in taxes., but because it is being subsidized by the paying people, it is cheaper.  Ask your CPA
