Why don't my Bookmarks load after signing into MyYahoo?

In MyYahoo, all contents load except Bookmarks. Inside the Bookmarks box: "Sorry! We are temporarily unable to load the content. Please refresh or try again later". How do I get the Bookmarks to load?

Bookmarks saved on https://my.yahoo.com/ cannot be restored if you lose them. Use the bookmarks or favorites menu in your browser for saving them: https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000858.htm

One potential fix is to switch to a desktop mode if not there already.
