I thought Joe Biden had a plan to stop the virus was supposed to magically fix COVID-19 AND heal our nation. Then he tweeted he has no plan to stop COVID for the next several months.

No, because many of them were infected when Trump was still President.  The plan wasn't do to anything magically.  The plan was to stop what Trump had been doing that had allowed the virus to spread.  Stopping the spread, which some other countries have done, doesn't cure those where are already infected.
