Do you have history of skin cancer?

One is usually concerned when the skin either sinks or rises and the margins are irregular or it weeps.

If it spreads and is accompanied with soreness then I would be concerned.

doesn't look like skin cancer to me - what you need to be concerned about is if it becomes raised and/or darker
