Is the autistic person functional? If so, no problem. Does this person require a caretaker? If so, no problem. Russia is quite a sane place. As long as a person does not Act American in public, (shout, climb on builldings or street signs, throw things, jump up on cars, etc) he should be OK. If stupidity happens, not a sanatorium (it can be a spa... anyone wants to go there) but a SANITARIUM is his destination. A nut house. "Dur dom", дур дом.

Should be.  The Russians know CRAZY, from so called mental deficiencies.

Likely the pretend mentally deficient will not be humored.   Step out of line, and be securely held in a sanatorium.

"Autism" is only a money making construct collusion between the Lawyers and Psychologists, in the US.  Who remembers when Ritalin  was popular?

(The teacher's pet drug, when they lost control.)
