How can I quickly but properly clean my important areas as a one off when there's no bath or shower ?
What I mean is, just now and again ( not very often )after working late, doing manual work, I pop in to see a girlfriend of mine but don't always have time to bath or shower.
Can you use hand sanitizer on armpits and groin as an emergency or will it sting and be very Unhealthy even though it would be once in a blue moon ?
Call me paranoid but would the alcohol from the sanitizer go through the skin and make you over the limit for driving ?

i have two Packets of Baby wipes in My Car one In my BackPack I clean my Bum and or Penis after using Public Toilets and open the Dors with a clean wipe that goes in the Bin on my way out of the shopping center

Use a wash cloth - soap and water - at a sink. (it is called a "sponge bath")
DO NOT use hand sanitizer in your groin area. Did you know that men CAN get a yeast infection. Using hand sanitizer in your groin area could kill the "good bacteria" in that area and increase the chances that you might develop a yeast infection. (On men, it creates red, slightly inflamed skin just under the foreskin - if your foreskin has been removed, the irritation still happens in the same area just below the head. It can also itch and be uncomfortable.)
Hand sanitizer also dries out the skin.
It would NOT cause you to be "over the limit" in terms of alcohol absorbing into your blood stream. If that could happen - then every medical professional would be "drunk" by the end of their shift.
