Such as this, a Dell computer for a business Co.? Well, it's like a Old timer by now... Will it cost 2 to $300 a computer?

It would depend on what the business was. You're certainly not going to be able to start an IT-centric business with such a piece of garbage.

Will what cost $300 a computer? The one in your picture? You could probably get one for $5 at a flea market. I've dug 1st and second-gen i5s out of the garbage.
