Anom I spent a year in sf ca Mexicans and black neighborhoods as homeless. In black neighborhoods I was almost killed several times for being white

Joke crimes you say.
So a black person is jailed for what you consider a joke. Would it still be a "joke crime" if a non black person were jailed for the same reason?
