How long does it take for a Wireless Emergency Alert to expire?
For example, say that a Wireless Emergency Alert was sent to all cell phones within the boundaries of the entire state of California. How much time would pass until a person within the boundaries of the state of Nevada who takes their cell phone with them on their travel to the state of California could do so without getting the emergency alert on their cell phone (which has emergency alerts turned on)?
