Is it safe to travel now?
Recently Australia and New Zealand has allowed travel again. Is it safe to travel between the 2 countries now? Can we catch the Covid 19 virus?

The biggest risk to your life would be the car trip to the airport. Australia and New Zealand have brought COVID down to a reasonable risk. If you've been vaccinated, there's virtually no risk that you will die of COVID. If you haven't been vaccinated, shame on you! Stay home.

Between the two, it's about the safest travel option; New Zealand has no community transmission, and Australia very little.

Even though safety precautions will be taken, it is up to you to decide to travel, or wait No one can say if you'll get the virus or not. Even with the rollout of vaccines, there is no guarantee. Personally I think it's best to wait to travel.

People use the word "safe" as if it means "all or none". It doesn't. Travel is allowed. It's relatively safe. But nothing is ever 100% safe or unsafe.
