What would happen if Joe Biden tried to interfere in & indirectly influence the George Floyd case?
If Joe made statements like if there is not a guilty verdict, if will be like LA 1992 nationwide, could he be impeached or held in contempt of court?

Nope, just like everyone else the President has the right to express his opinion, at least thats what the right said the many times Trump commented on cases

You mean the way Donald Trump interfered in and very directly, not indirectly, attempted to influence the investigations into Roy Moore? And Roger Stone? And Brett Kavanaugh? And Paul Manafort? And Michael Flynn? And how he did so not as a private citizen, but in his capacity as sitting POTUS?

This is why the Chauvin jury is sequestered.

That is what Trump did, Biden actually respects the law so he would not do that.

Liberals have defended evil for years, Obama did.

Nothing, Obama tried to influence multiple national cases using Holder and threats, nothing was done about it. Could be becouse they all went against the mob and the media theme. The system got it right anyways.

They could be cited in any appeal as prejudicial. Trump did that regarding a GI accused of war crimes. I don't think Biden would do something like that. No, he would not be impeached, especially since the House is held by the Democrats, and that's not really an impeachable offense, but it would be morally wrong for him to do that.

I don't see how that would affect the case. I imagine he would have to do something more direct like threaten the jurors if they don't return a desired verdict.

actually, if he made even a general reference to public outcry and there were riots in the aftermath of the verdict, he COULD be impeached for "inciting riot" under the latest precedent set by the Democratic Congress....
which, of course, would make it the 37th or 38th precedent set by Democratic Congresses that democrat stooges and parrots will cry and cry and cry over when Republicans attempt to invoke them...

Closing arguments are going on right now. Prosecution is done, and defense is almost done. A little late for that...
