I have to donate 2 "pizza dough mixes" and 2 jars of pizza sauce for a project for the kids' class. I have never thought about making it at home.

Last night on my local station during the NCIS season premiere, our news station posted a bulletin "Why Ziva won't say Norfolk" on News at 11. I missed the news last night as I was trying to get my 4 year old to go to sleep (a whole other issue) and I fell asleep with him.

Many of the scenes reference Norfolk, VA since we have the largest Navy base in (at least) the country. We also have all of the branches represented within a 30 mile radius. Most people mispronounce it Nor-folk when it it is actually Nor-fu*k for those of us who live around here. (Just in case anyone cares, since it bugs us locals when they mispronounce it)

The long and short of the article: the school board wants to ban cross dressing because a few male students have been wearing make-up, dresses and wigs to school.

What are your thoughts? Where will this end? Will they not allow girls to wear pants, but have to wear dresses or skirts? This seems directed more at the male students, but that is sexist. Girls dress like guys and it's fine.

Just curious as to what people from different areas think. I am betting that they end up going to uniforms as suggested in the comments, but who knows at this point.

Last night the entertainment show on before NCIS (ET maybe??) said that NCIS was the most popular show which was "uncommon since it has been on for 11 seasons". Did I miss 2 seasons? I am only aware of 9 including the season we are currently in.

BQ: Who is your favorite character (dead or alive) and why?

I caught about 5 minutes of whichever Entertainment show that comes on before NCIS last night. Mark Harmon said that there is a wedding scheduled for the spring on NCIS. The lady asked if he was the best man. Harmon's response was they don't know who the best man is, but that he thinks he knows who the groom is.

So the question is....who do you think is getting married? At the end of last night's episode, Gibbs and Tony were going to Mike Frank's daughter in law's house for Christmas dinner. With Tony working on getting over his fear of children, do you think he is going to be the one getting married?

Each month a snack calendar is sent home with each child in my daughter's kindergarten class for "snack day". One of the children has a food coloring/dye allergy. I need some suggestions (hopefully from parents with a child who has an allergy to food dye) for snacks to send. I know that the child has alternative snacks available, but don't want them to feel left out.

All suggestions are appreciated

Gibbs---Yeah, right! He has a "dark" side but treason is out of character

Tony--wouldn't have been given the investigation

Palmer--not smart enough

Personally, I think it's either Barrett or Ziva's boy-toy. I don't see them continuing the relationship especially since he didn't give her a ring. I don't think she would have accepted even if there had been a ring in the box. The only other person I would think would be Michelle Lee (she was in that situation before) but she was killed.

BQ: Did you notice that Vance wasn't at Mike Franks' funeral? That was just wrong in my opinion.

I am officially depressed now. I lost a bunch of weight after my son was born (now 3) and it seems to have found its way back. I do leg lifts (not as regularly as I should). I have tried the 10 minute workouts on the on-demand channels but can't make it through one without the MOMMY!!!! I need you or one of the kids changing the channel on me.

HELP!! What did you do to flatten that tummy? Bathing suit season is around the corner and I am dreading it.

My answers: I generally try to spend no more than $150 per child (currently age 4 and 2 and a 16 year old stepdaughter who does get more).

I remember in one of the older episodes that is on USA regularly, one of Abby's ex-boyfriends is stalking her. The show starts at a hotel in Norfolk, VA where a blood bath crime scene has been staged. They end up tracking down Abby's ex who is now into crime scene clean up. They bust into his office while they are trying to do a photo shoot. At first the guy is mad at Gibbs and McGee for ruining the shot, but then decide that they enhanced it. Abby ends up spending the night at McGee's house. Turns out the guy trying to get Abby was the driver that came to pick her up to testify at court.

My question: Who is the actor who plays the boyfriend? I have seen him in something else and can't place him.

Jack was Nick's step father at one point and now he is Noah's stepfather (soon to be ex-step father from the looks of it). For crying out loud...Noah is Nick's son. Step father to both father and son. A little odd even for a soap

I am looking for a new vehicle that will seat 3 adults and 2 carseats comfortably (I'm thinking I want something with the 3rd row seating..but not sure) and need some help.

Vehicle must meet these requirements:

1--Dodge or Chrysler (my choice) Ford (husband's choice) or Toyota (we'll both settle for).

2--seats 5-7 comfortably (2 adults, a 14 year old and 2 carseats)

3--sits up like a truck or suv, but drives like a car

4--good (decent) gas mileage

5--NOT A MINIVAN and doesn't look like one

6--won't cost me my right arm and left leg

7--NOT A CHEVY OR GM PRODUCT

I don't like the look of the "newer (post 2000) Durangos, but will take a 2nd look if enough people have rave reviews

My birthday is tomorrow and I am due with #2 any day now. I am just looking to see how common it is for people to have same birthday as their child or grandchild or know people who do. It is common on both sides of the family for birthdays to be one day apart.

I have a 22 month old (whose birthday is a week and a half after Christmas) and a 13 year old step daughter. What kind of budget do you have for these ages?? Do you stick to it or completely blow it? I was thinking $100-125 on the baby and about $200 on the oldest. I have been able to find some great deals online on stuff that she wants, but wanted some feedback as to what is a reasonable amount. Last month when I went to the Dr, I could have found out what I was having. My husband didn't want to know so I told the Dr I didn't want to know (Hubby didn't want to know last time, but I found out anyway and wouldn't tell him). Later down the road I made a comment about a gender neutral outfit being "too girly" and he said that from that comment I was having a girl. Turned out he was right.

For those of you who waited...Did you ever want to change your mind and find out to make planning easier? How did you make it thru without finding out??

Does anyone remember when Nikki was trying to figure out who she had shot when she was 5, she thought it had been Brad's little brother? She approched him about it and he told her that he had changed his name (after getting very upset about her digging in his past). Does anyone remember what he told her was the reason?? I know that she knows the "real" reason now, but for some reason I think this may come up later down the road. Thanks in advance
