Traveling to Australia and Fiji. Suggestions?

My sister is going to Australia and Fiji and is looking for any advice.

She will be in Sydney and Melbourne during the end of June. She's also interested in something to do in the Blue Mountains. Do you know of any inexpensive activities in those places? Things to see? Hostels that are good, or other inexpensive places to stay?

She and my cousin are then going to Fiji. They are looking for a week tour around the main land (possibly all inclusive). Any suggestions?

Please post if you have any suggestions on activities, places to stay, restaurants, etc. Oh, I almost forgot, what is the day/night temperatures like? She doesn't want to bring her whole closet!

Thanks for your help!

Go to Katoomba, in the blue mountains. Great town with a scenic railway and skyrail, great lookouts, the three sisters(rock attraction) and much more.

Sydney and Melbourne are great...lots of shopping and places to eat out

hope this has helped and your sister has a good time =)

Sydney and Melbourne are great for food and shopping. I reccommend going to Draculas caberet show (its dinner and a funny halloween almost themed show! The fishbowl cocktails are huge and great value) she will need warm clothes it will be freezing in Melbourne especially. Tell her to pack 1 summery outfit incase we get a warm day (every now and then in winter it'll turn warm for a day)
