English Bulldog Help...Bully owners/breeders please?

I have an almost 2year old female English Bulldog and she is my little girl, and I was wondering if you could help me with a problem she's having. I have a vet appointment today but want to see if you may have some ideas before I take her in.

About 2 weeks ago we noticed a red jelly looking blob on the ground after she peed and when picking it up with toilet paper noticed it was blood. We watched her like a hawk and monitored her pees and it didn't happen again. We wiped her after it had happened and nothing else was there, I even opened up her vagina and there was nothing. So we thought it might have been a scab from our other dog nibbling on her.

But now last night it happened again. Same thing just a little jello/blood clot when she peed.

She has not been acting different at all, not lethargic or feverish. She's been playing and acting excited like normal.

the only other thing she did was throw up a little foam, but she had just drank a lot of water.

I'm really nervous...

Update:

O ya sorry totally forgot to say she is FIXED. we got it done when she was 5 months old. She never had a period, because our vet at the time (no longer with them) instructed us that bulldogs had to be fixed before their first period.

while you're on the east coast of the US, I propose you're making plans to return to the national Bulldog tutor which would be held in Vienna, VA. that is for the time of thanksgiving week although just to permit you comprehend. while you won't be searching for a tutor canines, there will be breeders from around the country there, you could go searching and ask them as many questions as you choose. you will discover concepts approximately this tutor on the bulldog club of united statesa.'s internet site. different than the stubbornness and distinctive wellbeing subject concerns (which not each and every bulldog has) there somewhat are not any undesirable features. those are super canines in case you basically get to comprehend the excellent ones. regrettably there are way too many undesirable high quality breeders breeding undesirable high quality canines (it somewhat is a foul element). you somewhat could analyze breeders very heavily. Bulldog club of united statesa. has a breeder referral on their internet site you could look them up and get to speaking with them. additionally provide up calling them English Bulldogs as they don't seem to be English Bulldogs, the breed's call is basically Bulldog.

if your dog spayed? she could be in heat if its "jellow-ish" sometimes dogs dont have as much spotting as other dogs, sometimes it comes out dark red and jello-ish, sometimes its straight up blood, sometimes its dark.
