I know a lot about the most random things. I was a bartender I have danced for over 21 years so I can answer almost anything about dance, choreography, teaching, auditioning etc I have worked in the medical field for 8 years and it seems that I am prone to weird illnesses lol I also have and am working in the fashion industry and what not... I love music and am well versed in many bands. I am completely enamored by Elivs he will always be my favorite. I have an Eng bulldog and a Frenchie.

  • Bulldog owners and others...?

I'm going to switch my bulldogs over to another food being that my Frenchie can not handle the ingredients in Innova he has an allergic reaction to what I've pretty much narrowed it down to Grains.

However I'm not sure which food would be best for them being that Bully's require a little different nutrients then other breeds and can not have an extreme amount of protein in their diet.

Any bulldog food education or experience would be much appreciated. What brand has given you success with your bully?

    Thank you :)

  • How much is my Platinum Ring worth?

I have a solid medium width platinum ring with 3 aqua marine diamonds placed on the band. It is stamped PT950 so it's most definitely the real deal.

There is a jeweler by my home that will buy your jewelry and prefers colored diamonds so that's a bonus.

However I was unsure around what it's worth. I wanted to know before going in there in case they try to give me a horrible deal. It is a jeweler i'm taking it to not a pawn shop.

Any educated help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so very much :)

  • My dog has a hat insecurity and not sure why?

I have a 1 year old frenchie that has the happiest personality and loves everyone and everything.

However in the last couple months we've noticed that if someone comes over wearing a hat or we pass by someone with a hat on he gets extremely upset.

He's not aggressive at all normally and it's not even that with hats he wants to attack but he starts barking like crazy, his hair stands up on his neck and back and he doesn't know what to do with himself.

As far as my knowledge he has never had a traumatic experience with a hat and we got him at 2.5 months. But I'm not sure if something may have happened before we got him and now he's developed a fear.

How can I calm his fear without traumatizing him more?

Thank you so much for your help.

  • Is Nutro Natural Choice good food?

It was recommended by a breeder and we have given our bulldogs (english and french) that since they were both puppies. My english is almost 2 and is on the Venison Meal with whole brown rice

and my frenchie is 11 months and is just finishing his lamb and rice puppy bites...we have just started mixing the adult venison with his food.

The reason we were very attracted to this brand was because they gear towards sensitive stomachs and skin and if you've ever owned a bulldog you know they can have both very badly.

They have amazing coats might I add.

but I haven't come in contact with that many people that use it.

It's definitely a premium dog food and is about $48 for the 35lb bag but just wanted to get opinions if this is truly a good choice.

or do you have a better educated suggestion?

  • Need Mastiff owner advice?

We are in the process of researching and contemplating the idea of possibly adding a mastiff pup to our family in the next year or so but need more info from owners, preferably with other breeds of dogs as well.

We already have an English and a French Bulldog so we were unsure if there will be a conflict of breed temperament or anything like that. My 2 dogs get along with any and every dog big or small so it wouldn't be them that had the problem.

We have read some info stating that mastiffs are very territorial and protective and especially don't get along with small dogs because they see them as prey. But that hasn't proved true to me. My dogs have played with a few mastiffs so it makes me wonder how true that is.

I know it's all how you raise and train your dogs, but if it's already built in their blood then I don't want to take the risk of having a horrible accident with my babies now.

    any advice would be awesome

    thank you so much

  • English Bulldog Help...Bully owners/breeders please?

I have an almost 2year old female English Bulldog and she is my little girl, and I was wondering if you could help me with a problem she's having. I have a vet appointment today but want to see if you may have some ideas before I take her in.

About 2 weeks ago we noticed a red jelly looking blob on the ground after she peed and when picking it up with toilet paper noticed it was blood. We watched her like a hawk and monitored her pees and it didn't happen again. We wiped her after it had happened and nothing else was there, I even opened up her vagina and there was nothing. So we thought it might have been a scab from our other dog nibbling on her.

But now last night it happened again. Same thing just a little jello/blood clot when she peed.

She has not been acting different at all, not lethargic or feverish. She's been playing and acting excited like normal.

the only other thing she did was throw up a little foam, but she had just drank a lot of water.

    I'm really nervous...

  • Inverted Sneeze? My Frenchie does this is it normal?

I have a 9month old french bulldog and he does what a few other people have told me is an inverted sneeze. it's like he's snorting over and over again like there's a hair in his nose or throat and he can't get it out. Like a human trying to clear their throat.

I didn't know if this is a normal occurance for frenchies or any other dog for that matter. My English Bulldog doesn't do it.

So I was wondering if I should get it looked at. He's totally healthy otherwise.

It usually stops when he drinks a little bit of water and i rub his throat.

Someone else told me dogs will do it for attention...he could be doing that I suppose but I wanted to hear your feedback.

I don't want to spend a poopload on vet tests if it's a normal thing.

    thanks everyone
