Person data were exposed, false information slandering the person, etc. What can be done to the web hosting company? Can we request to block the page? Can they ignore our request? What can we claim for damages

Since this is not a criminal matter, you need to contact the hosting agency either by calling or email and request to remove a certain blog member due to false impersonation and stolen information used to falsely represent one. If they don't reply to your request, contact the website creator or anyone in charge.

How is it the web host's fault? How did they find out the personal data? You can ask them to do a take-down and they will probably ignore it. You can only claim damages if there are damages.
