Check out that picture. Who is that guy in the blue ASU? Why is he so special that he's the only one in that photo album to have his trousers match the color of his jacket?
Honestly, the uniform wouldn't look so bad if that is what the standard color was.
I'm not in the Army. Sorry if you, for some reason, think non-Army should know this, and thus warrant the title "numb nuts" for not knowing. Numb nuts.

That is a General Grade officer numb-nuts..also denoted by the double stripes on his trousers
