My guess is .........A LOT.
The island has become insanely over populated lately.......they keep building more and more houses and more and more businesses, and have done f*ck all about expanding the infrastructure or building better roads.
They've been promising to restore the west shore railway, since I was in short pants.......and they still haven't done it..----half a century later.
and the funny thing is.......there USE to be one, which they let fall into RUIN-
But no matter how overcrowded the Island becomes, they still can't it done.
