I was going to return an unopened MAC Paint Pot until my annoying sister started going through my things and swatched it on her hand to see the color.

I'm still going to return it, but it made it wonder what do they do with a barely used product that's been returned? Throw it out completely or keep it to put out as a future in-store tester?

I work at American Eagle.. And I'm a seasonal employee and they flat out told us there's a very small chance we'll be rehired. They're hiring like 30 employees and keeping like 5 after the season. I REALLY want to be rehired because simply it's really fun to work there, the location is good for me, and ..I need money.

What can I do to improve on my work performance and like "sucking up" to my managers ahaha. (Which is super hard since I'm like.. real and I haven't done any sucking up for like years, that I can't even figure out how to do it)

I also have my age against me.. I'm 16 and like the youngest person there... I like think I'm the only 16 year old, and there's a small handful of people who are 17. Nearly everyone is in their like 3rd year of university.. Like no one judges me on that but I feel like they would prefer a univ. student just because of their more flexible availability

Any tips by people who managed to get rehired?

I have a job interview tomorrow to be a sales associate and I want to prepare.. What should I expect/do? I'm pretty sure it's also a group interview.

When I drop off my resume should I bring my reference letter?

Or do I just list my old boss as a reference and let them contact her?

I want to go to Kenya to build a school with Free the Children...

And my friend asked me what happens after they graduate primary school.. How does it alleviate the cycle of poverty if they just go back to work? I had no clue how to answer him.

If just one child from the village goes to university, that is amazing, but what happens to the rest? How does education help them if they don't go on to pursue education past grade 5?

I'm meeting Marc and Craig Kielburger, founders of the amazing organization Free the Children. Everyone attending is being asked to prepare some questions for them in case we're given the opportunity to interview them.

I've thought of some, but I find them a bit too cliche and typical.

Examples that are too boring: What do you think leadership is, what advice do you have for youth leaders, can you describe any life-changing moments in your travels.

I went to get a Macbook a week ago but the guy at Best Buy told me to wait 3 weeks because there would be a new version.. I looked at their site and it shows the only new lines are the Air and Pro, while I just want the basic one. Is there a new line of the basic Macbook and does anyone know how it's better than the version out right now?

And.. would anyone happen to know the exact Canadian release date?
