Do I bring a reference letter when dropping off a resume?
I'm applying at some small entry level jobs like sales associate/restaurant hostess
When I drop off my resume should I bring my reference letter?
Or do I just list my old boss as a reference and let them contact her?

You just put one line at the bottom of your resume that says:
REFERENCES Available upon request
If they want references, they'll ask. Different jobs require different types of references.
