I'm 15 and have no way of getting to the gym. What are some good exercises to get stronger and toned? Full body workouts, preferably hardcore. I don't have any equipment, so they'd have to be body weight exercises. Any routines you do? Thank you!

So I m in high school and this girl and I like each other a lot, but we re both so busy with school and sports that we don t know if a relationship is the best thing right now. I ve been thinking about it a lot and to be honest, we won t have much more time than we do now until after college! I really like her and since we won t have much time for a while, should we just go for it?? I know a relationship takes time and commitment, but I think we could make it work. I'm bi, a girl, and a freshman. So school just started and one day in English, I noticed this girl staring at me. And then we kept glancing at each other throughout the period. This has been going on for the whole week. I just moved here and don't know anyone. I was also here for like a month in 6th grade, then moved back, long story. But I don't think I recognize her from 6th grade. I think she's cute but I want to know what she's thinking or even why she stares at me often. Also, Wednesday, at the pep rally, she's a cheerleader and that group of cheerleaders were facing me at the time and towards the beginning of the pep rally, we caught each other's eye for a second and then she looked away. And then again, towards the end, she was looking the other way and when she turned back she looked directly at me in the crowd, almost as if she was looking for me. She doesn't smile or make any kind of face. She just....looks at me. Why do you think she does that? And no rude comments!!

I have lived with my dad most of my life, but I've always wanted to live with my mom. We've tried going to court like 3-4 times, and each time we lost. I'm a girl and will be 14 in July and my mom says I have a good chance. I do love my dad, and he's great, but I just miss my mom and want change. And I'm not just thinking of myself. I think it would be better for everyone. My mom would have me living with her. My dad doesn't have to worry money wise as much. Plus, he's complained about how we're always away for breaks, so we don't get to vacation. Well now that I'll be with my mom, we can. My 15 year old brother won't have me around to get annoyed with and fight with either. And my dad and him can have more guy time then. Now my dad says the main reason why he won't give up is because he doesn't want to separate my brother and I. But he'll be going off to college in 2 years (1 after summer) anyways. And we can Skype, talk on the phone, or even go out to my dad's for some time to see each other, if he wants. And my mom and Jesse fight sometimes, so he'll probably stay with dad for at least 1 break, so then we can see each other then too. And I've been playing golf and want to get on the golf team in high school. My dad doesn't get home until around 5:30-6:00, so we just have the weekends. And even then, on Sundays, we have church, and on some Saturdays, we work at the church. And with my mom,she'd be more available to let me train and get better so I can make it. My plan is to be good enough to where I get a scholarship and go to college for free. It would really help everyone, not really having to pay for college then. Because there's my brother and then there's me. In the long run, I think it would be great and better and easier for everyone else. I want an answer from a judge preferably, but if you have great advice, please help me. I really want to live with my mom. And nothing's wrong with the living conditions, everything's normal, both with my dad and mom. I just want your view and opinion on this if you think I could live with her. Thank you.

I had a dream last night that I was just outside in some neighborhood and I met this girl my age that was suicidal. We eventually became best friends but she was still suicidal and I kept an eye on her usually. The weird part is that whenever she self harmed, she would smile and laugh. And I used to self harm as well, but stopped. This might not mean anything but I just wanted to know if it did. No rude comments plz.

I am 13 years old and every Sunday, my dad makes me go to church. My parents are divorced, so when I'm with my mom, she doesn't make me and thinks that if I want to go, I should, and if I don't want to go, I don't have to. But with my dad, I used to ask him if I couldn't go (I didn't ask often), but now I just don't ask cuz I know he'll say no. I also got baptized, but not that recently. He says to me "Why'd you get baptist then if you don't enjoy church?" And I think I only got baptized cuz when my dad asked me if I wanted to, I just wanted to get it out of the way. He always asked me. But anyways, at church, almost everyone there is older than me by far in the group we're in. Only a few aren't, and they're all annoying, no joke. Not over reacting. And I want to be good friends with someone MY age. My brother is friends with all of them cuz he's older AND he's an extravert. Im an introvert sorta. I just always sit by myself cuz I just feel like an outsider. And I don't tell my dad cuz then he'll probably say it's my fault and that I need to mingle more. And it might be my fault, I don't know. I just don't want to go. I know like no one and my brother knows everyone and always fits right in with everyone. Plus, I hate when we have to sing in church, so I just lip sing. Overall, I just don't want to go. Any solutions?

When I unlock the screen, it has the lock picture (literally, a lock) and before, I just had to swipe and it would have ripples. I don't want the look to be there. So I looked under settings and found the ripple effect checkbox, except I can't select it. How come? I don't think I did anything differently, so why all of the sudden did it start popping up everytime I unlock it? I don't want it there. Plz help, thanks!

One of my friends I have known since 5th grade. I am now in 7th. So 5th and 6th grade were awesome! We would spend the night at eachothers houses, we would go to events together, and hang out all day everyday, even at school. But last year we had like all classes together. This year, we are all split up and we have 0 classes together, literally. So now, me and her don't talk. And she doesn't even invite me anywhere anymore or try to talk to me at school. I usually have to be the one who starts the conversation. And I'm starting to get the feeling that she doesn't want to be my friend anymore because ya, we talk sometimes, but it's not really anything anymore. And it bugs me that she's always with this certain group of people everyday and loves them like best friends and all, but never even has time for me! And what really annoys me is that like 2 or 3 months ago, we were talking about it, like how we don't hang out anymore,and so she sent me a txt saying that I was really her best friend and none of the other people she hangs out with. But best friends act like best friends, not strangers. That's why I'm so confused right now. I mean if you actually get to know her, she's like the nicest person you will ever meet, and the only reason why she's doing this is because she doesn't know I feel that way. Should I talk to her about it? Because I don't want to loose her as a friend but I also don't want her to keep pretending that I'm her friend at all if we never hang out. Also, I invited her to go camping with me and we leave tomorrow for 3 days. And something came up that's on the same date and so her dad's still thinking about it because she told me she really wants to go and I want her to as well so we can actually hang out since it's been a long time. But I don't think she's going if he's waited this late so I'm sad about that. So should I still try to hang out with her and just talk to her about it or just leave her all behind? Because I am so confused right now and she always has friends. I don't want to lose her because I don't really have any friends cuz I got into an argument with my other 2 friends yesterday, so if I say bye to her, then I'll have no more friends left.....................I'm sad right now.............................so WHAT DO I DO PLZ!!!!!!!???????

Ok, so I want to be a landscape photographer when I grow up. I know I don't have to be planning this out right now, but why not think about it at least, so ya. So I just want to know the different kinds of jobs and things to do for a landscape photographer and all of the requirements and such. Like about housing plans: Would I travel or actually have a house? I heard about like taking pictures, then a magazine using them if it was like a nature magazine, or just having a business and getting your photos out there and selling them. I'm just confussed on all that there is. But just to be clear, landscape photographer, not wedding photographer or anything other than that. Any help is apprectiated! Thanks!!!

Ok, so there's this girl that goes to my school and her names Jasmine. At the beginning of the year at lunch time, I saw her sitting by herself and felt bad for her. So my friend and I went to go sit with her. She was really nice and funny at first. But then about a month went by and me and my friend regretted going up to her in the first place because we found out that the reason that no one was sitting with her was because SHE TALKS TOO MUCH!!!! So after a while, my friend and I decided to tell her that we don't want to be her friend anymore. So after school I sent her a text saying NICELY that we don't want to be friends with her. Now this has gone on for the WHOLE year! By now I've told her like atleast 4 times that we don't want to be her friend. Now first 2 times were nice, other 2 were mean cuz I wanted her to get it through her fricken head. The worst part....we sit RIGHT next to each other in PE and now Science as well. But I like one of her friends and her and Jasmine are good friends, so I thought if she can do it, then I could try to work with it. And boy was I wrong. Yesterday, she was OK, but today she just drove me crazy. We had to color a heart on a piece of paper and she kept asking what colors go where when the teachers example was right on the board. So I told her to look up there and she said, "I know but I just want to make sure I'm doing it right." If it's right in front of her and it's the teachers, I think it would be right, you know what I'm saying!? It's not exactly that, just she does that all the time and acts stupid and clueless. She's nice and all but just talks too much. Plus every single day she talks about her cousins since she lives with them. Trust me, she won't go even a day without talking about them. And in the past txts that I sent her, I've listed some of her issues, such as too much about cousins, too much talking, her saying watcha guys talking about too much when me and my friend are talking, and just that kind of stuff. Now most people that I know I would think they would try to change those issues but she just goes on with life as if nothing happened. Sorry if this is a lot but she just annoys the heck out of me. And in PE she chooses the locker right next to me everyday when there are so many others every where else. So how do I tell her to where it's not completely mean yet does progress in the end to where she doesn't talk to me again for like the 5th time? Plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz help me. I'm gonna die if this doesn't stop!

They have the prettiest clothes and hair, and they are also very pretty just face and behavior wise and it seems like their lives are just perfect. I have layered hair, longest hair is a little past my shoulders and my layers are down to my chin but just barely above i think. Anyways, I was wondering how to curl my hair with layered hair. I already know how to but I mean with the Conair Infiniti You curl curling iron. I don't have it yet but I want to get it. But won't it make my hair stick out a little to the sides? Or will it not? Do I start from the top or mid lenth or what? Idk yet so........ya. So any help is appreciated. Thanks!
