Is it possible to go up the eiffel tower walking up stairs or do you have to go in a lift? I'm taking a school trip there and have an awful phobia of lifts.

  • If fright night at thorpe park scary?

I'm going tomorrow night with my friend and I'm very wimpish! Couldn't even go on the saw maze earlier in the year! Is the park scary in the day time? Like do people jump out at you in the queues and do you think they'll make saw the ride scary in the day time? We're steering clear of the mazes, but want to enjoy the rides in the dark. Many thanks in advance.

  • Can I get any financial help?

I earn £10k a year working in a school, and I am doing a degree full time on the Open University. However I have such little money each month- it works out about £550 a month that I can't afford to live anywhere or anything. Does anyone know if I can claim any money from the government to give me a bit extra each month to afford somewhere to live. I'm 21 and live in the UK.

  • Can someone help me please?

OK. I have a problem and don't know what to do?? I have a few problems going on atm, namely I had a miscarriage two months a go, a week after my partner split with me after three years. I haven't told anyone this, only my doctor knows. I also have some problems at work (i work in a school and are having problems with a few boys but this is being sorted) and the only person I ever spoke to about my problems was my partner.

All of this is eating me up inside, but have very few friends where I live atm as I've just moved house. There is someone at work who helps everyone else with their problems and I want to ask for her help but don't know how to approach the subject? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

  • Mould problem in our bathroom- rented flat?

    Hello everyone.

I live in a rented, basement flat and our bathroom is in what used to be the wine cellar. There is one small window with an extractor fan but the room is covered in mould and damp, I wash it once a week but the walls and floor are covered in thick mould. The damp proofing broke so water was coming through the ceiling, the landlord has just got this fixed but the walls are still wet to touch. We have a dihumidifier which we put on when we have a shower and leave on but this doesn't seem to do anything. The landlord knows the problems as he lives above us but says he can't replace the bathroom and floor until we move out at the end of our contract in September. Was just wondering if anyone knew if we had any rights to leave the property before the end of our contract as since living here as since the mould has been growing I have been getting really tired and really bad headaches and think the bathroom is to blame. Many thanks.

  • My lips are dry?

Hi all. I have really dry, sore, tingly lips. I put on lipbalm and after 10mins my lips are dry, sore and really tingly. I am allergic to vasalem so am using an alternative intended for dry lips. Does anyone know why my lips are so dry? I don't work outside and have never had this happen before. Im putting on so much lipbalm, which only helps for a few minutes before they are dry and crack when I wake in the morning as they have been dry all night! Anyone got ideas on what I can do, and why this is happening? Thanks

  • How can we improve out TV signal?

We live in a basement flat of an old Edwardian house and out TV signal is rubbish. We have freeview built into our HD tv and when we first moved in we got all channels with a really good picture. However about 1 month ago all the channels suddenly lost their signal and we only get channels 1-4 on terrestrial tv with a really poor picture and 6 freeview channels with a clear picture, but they are rubbish channels- BBC 1 and 2 which we have on terrestrial, BBC 3, DAVE, CBBC, BBC News 24. As you can see these are hardly the most interesting channels! We can't get sky as we don't own the flat and are moving into our own home in September so paying for installation etc would be silly. If there anything we can add to our TV, to the wall?? Our ariel is our landlords one who live above us and their picture is fine and they get all channels. The TV isn't broken as we took it to our friends house and it worked fine. Please anyone help, I'm going crazy with no channel 5 for neighbours! Thanks

  • Blackberry Internet Solution?

Hello everyone. My boyfriend is looking at buying a blackberry but has been given the option of adding 'blackberry internet solution' into his package. However the phone's website doesn't give any information as to what this is? He will be using the phone to receive work emails and respond to them using his works website. Anyone who could tell us what this is and whether it would be beneficial to him as he would have to pay extra for this service, which is pointless if he doesn't need it. Thanks

  • How do I stop my baby rabbit marking its teritory on me?

My baby house rabbit (he's about 12 weeks old) keeps weeing on me, we're in the process of toilet training him. He only does it on me not my boyfriend or anyone else and always follows me round the house. I looked on the internet and all I could see is that he is marking me as his own and that the only way to stop it is to get him neutered but we can't as he is too young as his testicles haven't dropped yet. What can we do in the mean time? And also any tips for toilet training him too? He has a litter tray full of sawdust in the two rooms he is allowed in but near where he poo's and wee's but he just does his business next to it. When he poo's or is pooing we pick him up and put him in the litter tray but he hops out. Thanks.
