What toppings do you like to add to your potato salad?

She's struggling with the many complications that her ex-husband is causing. He's pretty much a jerk and has left her stranded. She's Vietnamese and doesn't speak fluent English so it's been difficult for her to deal with the laws and regulations. Unfortunately, I don't know enough about these kind of situations to help so that's why I'm here.

So here's the issue:

1.) During their marriage, he opened credit lines under her name/social security. She doesn't know much about credit cards so at the time she allowed her husband to deal with all of that. Now that they're divorced, she just found out that she has debt under her name, and that her accounts have been turned over to the collection agency. She was unaware of how many credit cards he opened. He's pretty much turning a blind eye and disregarding all of it. What should she do about this?

2.) How can she keep her social security safe so that he can't open anything under her name?

Please keep in mind this woman does not have much money or a lawyer. The more information the better, I would really like to help her out. She's a good family friend and really nice. Not only that, but they have two children together (a 2 year old and 11 year old).

I'm attempting to use Illustrator to work on a poster board for class. When downloading vectors, it's giving me the options of WMF, JPG, EPS, CDR. Which one is the accurate one for illustrator?

If you have any tips on making a poster board with illustrator that would be great. I also need advice on how to print it.

I don't know much about cameras at all so I'm looking for some advice! I know I want a good point and shoot, so if there's any other suggestions besides the two links I'm all ears. I really like the design for the S100, how the shape looks small, nice looking, and compact cameras while also able to take quality photos.

My budget is $250.

Two weeks ago, I called Dell in with a problem that ended up with the motherboard having issues. (http://en.community.dell.com/owners-club/alienware...

After the technician changed the motherboard, I was left with display issues (and still am actually). I called Dell once again to schedule an appointment for another technician last Tuesday (5/15) to come out and fix the issue once the parts arrived. The representative said that it would come 2-3 days however I haven't been contacted by him to update me with my issue. I was expecting a call from a technician on Friday or the very least Monday but received nothing. When I called tech support on Friday, the representative told me that I should be receiving a call on Monday to schedule an appointment. Monday rolls around, and again I receive nothing.

An automated messaging system calls me Monday to announce that I have an appointment from the hours of 1pm-5pm on Tuesday for a technician to come out however, today I received a call from Texas, where Jonathan, a service coordinator told me that a technician should be arriving today and to give him a call if I never receive one from the technician. I have called 3 times already and left 3 messages but no one has even tried to call me back to tell me what's going on. This is not right for Dell to leave their customers hanging on the line to wait like this. People have things to do, and have work to go to and can not be waiting like this. It's disrespectful to their customers especially when we dish out thousands for these machines that should not be having so many problems time after time. I understand machines break down however this sort of customer service is absolutely and downright disrespectful.

I have called Dell's technical support once again, and found that the technician noted that he tried to call me and even left a message to tell me that he will be rescheduling for tomorrow. I didn't receive anything on my phone, there were no messages that were left. Not on my phone nor the other number that was given in case mine was unable to be reached. Customers should not have to wait continuously to just to meet the time that Dell technicians feel like coming out. Not only has my technician not called me back, but the service coordinator, and the representative that was handling my case. No one seems to feel like handling the case or to at least give me a call on updates but instead make me wait hours. I had the representative escalate this problem because this isn't right. I wasn't angry before but this is just too much. The moment that I bought my laptop I've been having nothing but problems. I just want a working computer that isn't going to break down every few months.

So what should I do, I feel as if this is going nowhere...

Basically, I'm doing a presentation for an interpersonal communications class. We're trying to think of ways to get the class to have fun while learn flirting techniques. It should only be about a minute or two.

So I literally just got my M14x today and was excited that it came in earlier than the expected delivery date. However, turned the laptop on and noticed that the right speaker light wasn't working. So called in, and asked what I should do. Here are the options they gave me:

a.) Have a specialist with the parts to come out to replace the light.

b.) Send it in and kid you not, they replied that if I sent it in they would probably send me back a refurbished one. (Uhm, I just ordered a brand new laptop with specific customizing, how do you send me a refurbished one instead of a brand new one like I just ordered)

c.) Buy a completely new laptop and return the old one for a full refund. Of course, the specialist also suggested I upgrade to the m17x which would be more expensive but he was willing to give me discounts (credit of $200 + throwing in a bigger hard drive for no additional cost, though not much bigger than what I have in my 14x, along with the same wi-fi card that I have in the m14x)

Honestly, I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions?

(And has anyone had the same problem with their front lights or any lights not working?)

So my mom was looking at her bank account and she saw these checks that weren't written by her. She finds out one of her ex employee's so happens to have a few checks of hers and has taken thousands. I was looking at her account, and there seems to be double numbers of checks. One check is actually written to the girl and the others are written to other people but all have the same FAKE signature. It's not my mom's at all. So this girl has been making fake checks and has her accomplices help her withdraw this sum of money. What do I do in this case? At first, it was just a case of stealing checks, or so we thought. Now we go through our old check records and find double numbers. Now its a bit different. I'm unsure about this. Can anyone help?

I'm using my laptop and all of the sudden the screen goes white, with lines going across. I'm about to call warranty but I don't know why its doing this. It's almost like its frozen except the whole screen goes white.

My mom owns a nail salon and customers are allowed to use credit card as a way to pay. During the time of income taxes, it's over the top. Is there a way to charge customers for conveniece? Ex. Maybe a $1 or so?
